"Before coming to Fitness Together, I had never really worked out before. I was nervous to begin the process but I needed to do so after having my first child and gaining weight. Fitness Together made it easy to begin a workout regimen. They push me to do my best through a challenging yet fun exercise routine. I just show up and the trainers tell me what my body needs to do—in a private and comfortable atmosphere. I am now back to my pre-pregnancy weight and my body changes by the week. Strength and muscle tone have returned and I feel capable of continuing my fitness goals for life."
